Hi! I'm Isabel, a digital creative and Human Performance Coach based in Nashville, TN. As a child, my entertainment was found in designing holiday cards for friends and family members in Microsoft PowerPoint on the family desktop HP. For my 10th birthday, I got my own Visio and Chief Architect Home Design Software. With the freedom to roam the internet, I grew a great interest in researching global non-profit organizations, too. An odd set of hobbies it may have been for a kid, I was happy figuring out what makes a good application of business and design. My interest has always manifested at the intersection of design, business operations, and the human experience. Thus, I'm also a Human Performance Coach focused on empowering individuals by teaching them how to optimize their mind, body, emotions, and lifestyles.
